The Kulikovo Field is the beginning of Russia
Bard song Festival “Kulikovo Polye”
In the end of May on the eve of the Blessed Grand Prince of Moscow Dmitry Donskoy Commemoration Day Art Song Festival call together authors and singers of art songs, art groups and clubs on a historic site of Kulikovo battle of 1380. Since 2001 “Kulikovo Polye” museum-reserve has hosted the Art Song Festival.
Epifan Trade & Craft Fair
Epifan settlement is a “capital” and “entry gate” to the Kulikovo field. It is a small typical provincial district city with more than 400-years history located on the bank of the Don River.
The “Kulikovo Field” history festival 2010
The Festival of History “Kulikovo Polye” has been held annually since 1996 in the middle of September on the eve of the Kulikovo battle Anniversary day. Delegations of military and historical clubs from all over Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, engaged in military and historical reenactment, participate in the event. Last year more than 70 clubs took part in the festival.

The largest and most fascinating event on the Kulikovo Polye museum calendar. Over several thousands people visit the festival annually.
